On Monday, before school starts go to Mr. Osuna's room and pick up a field trip form. Have your sixth period teacher sign the form and then give the form to Mr. Osuna at practice on Monday. Special Note: Your parents do NOT have to sign the form.
 
On Wednesday, WEAR YOUR LACROSSE JERSEY TO SCHOOL. Also, take all of your lacrosse gear with you to school. If you need a place to store your gear it can be left in Mr. Osuna's classroom. Report to your sixth period class, make sure you are marked present. Once you are marked present remind your sixth period teacher that you are leaving school to participate in the Lacrosse Regional Final Game. Retrieve your lacrosse gear and report to the outside basketball courts where the bus taking us to Boca Raton will be parked. On the ride up to Boca Raton we will provide the players with a Chicken Kitchen Chop-Chop meal.
 
We will be practicing on Monday and Tuesday from 4-6pm at SOUTHWOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL. Please note the change of venue.
